About Remy
2 min read
Remy is an AI teammate for relationship managers and financial advisors in wealth management. It keeps a sourced client memory for every relationship the advisor covers, works through the whole book overnight, and has a prepared day waiting at 07:00: a morning dashboard, a brief for every upcoming meeting and a draft for every open item. The advisor checks, decides and sends. Remy never does.
What Remy does
Remy remembers, prepares and hands over. It reads the advisor's mail, calendar, Teams, CRM, portfolio data and client documents, always under the advisor's own permissions, and files what matters into one memory per client. Overnight it spots what needs attention, writes a brief for each meeting and drafts a letter for each open item. In the morning the advisor approves, adjusts or declines. Corrections and confirmations flow back into the memory on the next run.
How Remy is delivered
Remy is a contracted package that runs on the bank's own deployment of the platform and is configured with the bank in a joint design phase. Which features are available depends on what has been contracted and which connectors are in place. See Before you begin below for the full list.
Where to start
If you are | Start with | What you will find |
|---|---|---|
A relationship manager or financial advisor | Daily use: the morning dashboard, meeting briefs, drafts, and how to correct what Remy knows. | |
An administrator (space owner, desk head, compliance officer) | Installing Remy in a space, deciding what the memory holds, tuning monitors, setting schedules and auditing the result. | |
A platform operator | Where data lives, how Remy reaches a deployment, what runs overnight, monitoring, upgrades and security posture. | |
A developer | Extending Remy with new skills, monitors, topic pages and sources. | |
Evaluating Remy | The case for the product, what ships in the package and what is out of scope. | |
Looking for a quick answer | The questions enterprise clients ask most, each answered in a few lines. |
