Agentic Table Templates

1 min read

Draft branch. Use a template when the questionnaire shape is already known. Build columns yourself only when the template columns are wrong.

Overview

A template is a full space configuration: columns, prompts, search settings, hallucination check, question extraction, and the DOCX export. Unique ships templates so a space admin can start from a known-good questionnaire setup instead of assembling those blocks one field at a time.

Basic questionnaire

One answer column grounded in uploaded files and the knowledge base

Section, Question, Answers, References, Hallucination Score

Questionnaire with review

People will assign rows and move them through a review

The basic columns, plus Review Status and Assignee

Knowledge base plus library

Reviewers should see a fresh answer and a verbatim library answer side by side

Two selectable answer columns. The library column searches only the library scope and excludes files uploaded to the sheet. The library column runs on GPT-5.6 Terra with reasoning effort low. The other columns use the table's model.

The full JSON for each template is still on Agentic Table Space, under Configuration Templates by Use Case. Each of those JSON blocks should become its own tutorial under this page. The Source of Wealth configuration is a fourth worked example and belongs here too.

What you still choose after picking a template

  • The language model. See the tutorial below. The table requires structured_output on any custom LanguageModelInfo. The table model applies to every answer column unless the column sets its own language_model and reasoning_effort.

  • Which knowledge folders an answer column may search. That scoping guide is not a page in this branch yet.

  • Whether review labels, the metadata form, and the Answer Library are turned on. Those are collaboration and custom-configuration choices, not part of the column template.
