Before and after a meeting

Preparing for a meeting
Remy scans your calendar every night for the next five business days. For every meeting it can match to a confirmed client it writes a brief - no request needed. Open it from the Meetings card or ask in chat: "brief me for my meeting with Anna Meier". If a meeting is not in your calendar yet, tell Remy: "I'm meeting Robert Smith on Thursday, prepare me".
What the brief contains
Section | What it tells you |
|---|---|
Header | Who is coming, when, where, and the client's lifecycle stage |
Interaction timeline | Recent mail, calls, chats and meetings in a short summary |
What the client recently asked for | Open requests, in their words where possible |
Open commitments | What you promised, what they promised - both sides |
Changes since last time | What moved in the memory since your last meeting |
Sensitivities and preferences | How to work with this person |
Suggested agenda | Talking points, ranked; edit freely |
Source chips | Every section links to the facts it was built from |
Every figure shows its basis. "Around two million, client-stated" and "2.1m, firm-confirmed" never look the same on a brief. A proposed finding is shown as pending, not as fact.
The brief is regenerated overnight when the meeting or the client's memory changed, and marked superseded if the meeting is cancelled. A versioned refresh says what changed. You can also get it as a branded four-page PDF for printing or forwarding.
After a meeting
Tell Remy what happened - in chat, or by filing your notes into the client's document folder - and it writes the meeting up: "write up my meeting with Anna Meier: she confirmed the mandate change, asked about the foundation, wants a proposal by end of month".
Write-up - stored on the meeting record; the outcome lands in the client's memory with sources intact (commitments, requests, changes).
Follow-up draft - an email to the client summarising the meeting and the next steps, in two tones. Review, then one click to a draft in your mailbox.
Actions - anything you promised becomes an open item on your dashboard with a prepared letter.
Meeting briefs need calendar access. Without it, state each meeting in chat and Remy prepares it on request.
