Your morning dashboard
2 min read
The dashboard is your home page in the side panel. It is rebuilt every night so that it is current at 07:00, and again whenever you press Regenerate today. Every row title opens that record's own page.
💡 Intelligent Preparations: What to do today, drawn from each client's memory. Each item says why, cites its source and offers the next action.
🗓️ Meetings: Upcoming and past, read from your calendar. The brief before, the write-up and follow-up after.
🤝 Relations: Clients, prospects and onboarding, with the profile Remy holds on each, coverage, next meeting and current recommendation.
📝 Drafts: Emails drafted in two tones, stored on the meeting or client, ready to review.
🌙 Overnight: When the last refresh ran and whether it succeeded. A clear signal if a night was missed.
📡 Market Radar: Overnight market themes mapped to your book, scored per client.
Recommendations - how to read them
Items are ranked now · today · soon · later and capped so the page stays readable; page through for the rest. Each carries:
Reason - what Remy noticed (a document expiring in 30 days, a portfolio outside its bands, a commitment overdue, a meeting to prepare, a market event that touches this client).
Source - the fact behind it, one click away.
Next action - open the brief, create the draft, register the prospect.
Three controls on every card: Edit the suggested wording, Clear when you have done it, Reject when it is wrong (say why - Remy records it). A cleared card is checked against your mailbox the next morning: if the letter actually went, the item is closed; if it is still a draft, the card comes back.
Meetings
Seven days back and thirty forward. Only calendar entries Remy could match to a confirmed client through their known mailbox appear as client meetings; an entry with a name but no confirmed identity is listed as unmatched rather than guessed. Open a meeting for its brief (before) or its write-up and follow-up draft (after).
Relations
A table of everyone you cover, sortable, with a recently updated view so you see whose memory changed overnight. A one-line spotlight next to each name is the latest thing Remy learned that matters for the relationship - it disappears after 30 days. Open a name for the client 360 view.
Footer
The build stamp (which version of Remy you are on), the install report, and the setup page where you can change how Remy addresses you or which sources it uses.
