Start your first chat
Click the chat icon: then select "Spaces".
Browse and select a Space: read the "About" section to understand what the AI assistant can do for you in each Space.
Select a Space — after selecting the appropriate Space for your task, enter your questions or prompts into the text field.
Use Suggestions — click "Suggestions" to browse and choose from sample queries the AI assistant in this Space is equipped to handle.
Submit your prompt — press Enter to submit. The AI searches through documents and returns an answer linked to the specific sources it used.
Review references — click any document reference to open a side panel showing the precise pages that informed the response.
Always verify the accuracy of each answer by consulting the referenced documents before acting on a response.
Quick tip: If you already know your Spaces, use the Sidebar Navigation to jump directly to the intended Space and start a new chat instantly.
Review your chat history in a Space
Look for “Chats” in the left-side panel. All your previous chats are stored in this section for easy reference and continuation.
